1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Serviceable Locations:
We deliver across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns. For international deliveries, please contact sales@acc-red.com to confirm feasibility and custom shipping rates.

1.2. Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard products: 5–10 working days

     
  • Custom-built ramp: 10–21 working days depending on site visit and fabrication

     
  • Lifts: 6 Weeks

     
  • Signage : 2 Weeks after approval

     
  • Remote locations or bulk orders may take additional time. You will be notified in advance.

     

1.3. Delivery Partners:
We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery. All shipments are trackable and insured until delivery.

1.4. Delivery Coordination:

  • For large items or installations, our team will coordinate a time slot with the customer.

     
  • The buyer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the installation site.

     

1.5. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and product type.

     
  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping (offer-based).

     
  • CSR and institutional projects may include shipping within the final quote.

     

 

 

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Exchange:
We accept exchanges only for standard, non-customized items under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

     
  • The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery

     
  • Reason for exchange is valid (wrong size, manufacturing defect, etc.)

     

2.2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Custom ramps, lifts, Freedom Chairs, or any product built or fitted to site dimensions

     
  • Any product that has been installed, altered, or used

     
  • Items with visible signs of damage not caused during delivery

     

2.3. Exchange Process:

  • Raise a request via sales@acc-red.com with your order ID and reason for exchange

     
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging

     
  • Our team will approve the exchange after inspection and initiate a reverse pickup if applicable

     
  • A replacement item will be shipped within 7–10 days after the returned product passes quality checks

     

2.4. Exchange Charges:

  • If the reason for exchange is not due to manufacturing error or delivery issue, two-way shipping charges will apply

     
  • In case of company error, the exchange is done at no added cost
