Welcome to ShopAccred. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), including our Privacy Policy. These T&Cs apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access the platform.

 

 

2. Eligibility

To use our website or make purchases, you must:

3. Products & Services

We sell :

  • Braille signage and accessibility accessories

     

Some items are made-to-order or custom-fitted based on site requirements and may require a pre-installation survey.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

     
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

     
  • Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or approved EMI partners.

     
  • We may offer partial payment or advance-only options for large installations.

     
  • Orders will only be processed once full or approved partial payment is received.

     

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped pan-India. International delivery is subject to approval.

     
  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–14 working days depending on location and installation complexity.

     
  • Made-to-order or CSR-sponsored installations may require additional lead time.

     
  • Shipping delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, or transport restrictions) will be communicated via email/SMS.

     

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of customized accessibility products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product is installed or fabricated to site dimensions.

     
  • Eligible items (non-customized, unused) may be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to quality inspection.

     
  • Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days to the original payment method.

     
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

     

 

 

7. Installation & Site Surveys

  • Certain products require on-site measurements and installation by Acc-Red staff or authorized technicians.

     
  • Site survey charges may apply and are non-refundable but will be deducted from the invoice amount on purchase of product.

     
  • You are responsible for providing access and a safe environment for installation.

     

 

 

8. Warranty & Support

  • All products carry a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

     
  • Warranty is void in case of:

    • Improper use

       
    • Unauthorized modifications

       
    • Water or chemical damage

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including product designs, images, text, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Acc-Red.

     
  • You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

     

 

 

10. CSR & Institutional Orders

  • For CSR, bulk, or NGO-linked purchases, custom proposals and documentation (impact reports, MoUs) are provided on request.

     
  • Co-branded installation or donor plaques will be included only if specified at time of order.

     

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Shopaccred and Acc-Red will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

     
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

     

 

 

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

     
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

     

 

 

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the revised date will be reflected at the top. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance.
