1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Before Dispatch / Manufacturing:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched or manufactured.

     
  • To request cancellation, email sales@acc-red.com or call us at +91 91377 47887 with your order ID.

     
  • Orders for customized products (e.g., ramps made to site dimensions) cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun.

     

1.2. After Dispatch / Production Start:

  • Orders that have entered the production or shipping phase are non-cancellable, especially in the case of custom installations or made-to-order solutions.

     

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Eligible Products:
Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Standard-size products not requiring customization

     
  • Products returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

     
  • Returned within 7 calendar days of delivery

     

2.2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-built ramps, lifts, and accessories

     
  • Installed or altered products

     
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

     
  • CSR-sponsored orders (special handling, compliance, donor branding)

     

 

 

3. Refund Process

3.1. Quality Check:

  • Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.

     
  • Refund will be approved only if the item is unused and in re-sellable condition.

     

3.2. Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days via the original payment method.

     
  • If payment was made via UPI or bank transfer, you may be asked to share account details for processing.

     

3.3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error from our end.

     

 

 

4. Installation Charges

Any site visit charges, installation fees, or survey charges incurred are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it to sales@acc-red.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos.

     
  • Our team will review and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
