The Acc-Red 4 ft Suitcase Ramp is a portable, folding aluminium wheelchair ramp for temporary access over steps, doorway thresholds and kerbs. Use it at home, at suitable business entrances or while travelling. It weighs 12.5 kg and opens without assembly.

Acc-Red’s maximum-rise guidance for this model is 12 inches, subject to user, mobility-device and site suitability. Choose a longer ramp for a gentler incline. Manual wheelchair use at the steepest configuration requires attendant assistance.
Will it work with my wheelchair?
Suitable for compatible manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Check device width, ground clearance, total loaded weight and the device manufacturer’s incline limits before use.
Why is a 4 ft ramp 52 inches long when open?
The nominal ramp length is 48 inches. The additional 4-inch transition flap rests on the upper landing, giving a total open length of 52 inches. The flap is not additional sloping length for calculating the recommended rise.
Does it require installation?
No assembly or permanent installation is required. Position it on firm, stable surfaces with the top flap securely supported. Rubber padding helps grip the landing but does not guarantee slip prevention.
Can one person carry and position it?
The ramp weighs 12.5 kg and includes a carry handle. One-person handling is possible when the operator can safely manage its weight and dimensions. Use assistance whenever needed for carrying, positioning or wheelchair movement.
Can I request securing pins?

How do I clean and maintain it?
Brush away dirt and inspect the surface, rubber padding, handle and latch before use. Avoid submersion and standing water, which can weaken the anti-skid adhesive. Dry after exposure. Do not apply polish, wax or oil to the traction surface.
